Hello everyone, I am Thức Nguyễn, the founder of Paloma Vietnam DMC Travel. I was born and raised in Quảng Ninh, a region associated with beautiful memories of the sea and magnificent natural landscapes. Quảng Ninh, with its famous Ha Long Bay, has deeply instilled in me a profound love for nature and tourism. After completing my university studies, I decided to move to Hanoi to start my career. It was a big decision, but it was also a crucial turning point in my life.
In the early years of my journey in the capital, I worked in restaurants and hotels, gradually gaining insight into the service industry. This work helped me learn a lot about customer care, understanding their needs and desires. However, I always felt I needed to go further, and so I became a tour guide. This job not only allowed me to explore new places but also opened up many opportunities to meet and connect with tourists from all over the world.
Through each trip, each story I heard, I realized that Vietnam's tourism industry had great potential, but also many challenges. From there, I conceived the idea of starting a cruise company, where visitors could get closer to the natural beauty of my homeland. In 2009, I launched the Paloma Cruise, my first cruise ship. The name Paloma Vietnam DMC Travel was also inspired by this cruise ship. It was not just a name, but a symbol of a hopeful beginning and an endless journey of exploration.
Constantly learning and striving, I have spent much time improving services, from designing itineraries, selecting attractive destinations, to ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. After the success of Paloma Cruise, I went on to launch Mon Cheri Cruise, a luxury cruise with a fresh and unique service style, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxing, complete, and exciting vacation.
Looking back at the journey, I feel extremely proud of what I have achieved. With over 25 years of experience in the tourism industry, I have learned a great deal, not only about professional knowledge but also about perseverance, creativity, and an endless passion for my work. What I have today is not a coincidence, but the result of continuous effort and love for what I do.
For me, continuing to develop Paloma Vietnam DMC Travel and providing great travel experiences for guests remains a key goal. In the coming years, I hope to continue expanding international tours, contributing to enhancing the company's image on the world tourism map and offering new experiences for tourists everywhere.
